Testimonials
I have been struggling with persistent
migraine headaches that are now not responding to typical medication
that doctor's prescribe. This was a frustrating and debilitating
predicament, landing me in the ER, on occasion.
I began to explore my non-medical
options, because not only were the meds not working, the side effects
were very strong. One avenue I explored was massage; I called
Jonathan Olds while having a migraine that was not responding and he
squeezed me in for a thirty minute session that day. He was very
careful with me, but also found areas that were tied to my headache;
particularly a spot on the back of my neck that, when pressure was
applied, connected directly to the space behind my eyes from which the
headaches originated.
During the session, the headache
lessened, and by the time I was dressed and out the door, it was gone.
I didn't even feel the need for any medicine to relieve pain, not even
over the counter. Usually, my migraines leave a residual headache
that lasts for about a week. Nothing - it was gone! A milder
form of the headache cropped up a week later, and he took care of that
too. No medicine! No residual headache!
I continue to search for the cause
(maybe food allergies? a pinched nerve? who knows...), but in the
meantime it is an indescribable comfort to know that I have Jonathan to
turn to for help and relief.
