Dr. Bob Scholarship Fund

After Dr. Bob passed away, I wanted to always keep his memory and his love for Chiropractic alive, so I started a Scholarship Fund at Life University that in the future, would be awarded to Chiropractic students to help them financially with school.  The money we raise through the different events we sponsor will go into the scholarship fund until it reaches $25,000.  Only then does it become eligible for distribution.  At that time, I will be involved with the selection of the scholarship recipient based upon their financial needs and their love for Chiropractic Care demonstrated by a submitted essay.  These two things were very important to Dr. Bob.

Currently the balance is approximately $13,000 and continues to grow each year.  Our most recent Christmas raffle raised $500.  Doctor with a Heart Day (Dr. Bob's birthday, March 28th) usually raises $1,200+, and I am considering a golf tournament this spring.  The monies raised through the tournament will be divided between his scholarship fund and the Calvary Children's Home where he spent 12 hours on a weekly basis giving Chiropractic adjustments to the children and adults at the home, as well as being personally involved with their lives.

For those who knew Dr. Bob know he would never accept just the minimum, therefore my goal goes far beyond the minimum $25,000 and in time hope to raise $100,000.  Thank you to all of you who always give so freely and lovingly to the cause.  I am and he would be Proud and Grateful.
